ATTENDANCE POLICY – Attendees are defined as consumer facing brands including retailers – in design, marketing, brand management, R&D, manufacturing, innovation and senior management roles as well as their brand and package design firm consultancy partners – principals or creative directors only. Suppliers to the industry as well as other agency personnel not defined as an attendee may attend as conference sponsors only.
Event Sponsor Policy: Agency personnel that are not creative directors or principals may attend as event sponsors only. We reserve the right to deny admittance to suppliers who are not sponsors of the event as defined above. A supplier is anyone who seeks a business-to-business relationship (client, partner, etc.) with brand owners or retailers and manufactures, brokers or supplies packaging materials, equipment, printing, converting or contract packaging services as their primary business—even when the company has a separate design services business unit doing business under a different company name. You qualify as a design firm consultancy attendee only if package design or brand consulting is your company’s PRIMARY business and if you are a principal or creative director only. All others would qualify as sponsors.

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received prior to December 15, 2016 will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given after December 15, 2016, but the registration may be transferred to a colleague. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
